Wu Yi Shan Da Hong Pao – one of the most renowned and valuable high-mountain Chinese oolongs, originating from the Menghai region, Yunnan Province. The leaves are dark brown with reddish undertones, large, dense, and slightly twisted. When brewed, they unfurl while retaining their integrity, showcasing their characteristic depth of color. The tea features a rich, slightly caramelized aroma with hints of roasted nuts, chocolate, and a subtle smokiness. The effect of the tea is expressed in a gentle yet invigorating way: it enhances concentration and alertness, provides a mild energy boost, and at the same time promotes relaxation and a sense of harmony. For brewing, it is recommended to use water at 90–95 °C
