Return Eligibility Outside the EU
We do not accept returns from countries outside the European Union, except where consumer protection laws explicitly require return rights for online purchases. This includes (but is not limited to) countries such as:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing mingleafteashop@gmail.com.
We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.
